Government-funded AI training for your team
Turn your existing team into AI experts. The UK government pays for it.
Your business could cut its overheads or bring in a lot more revenue with one person in it who really knows AI. Now there's a way to get that, from inside your own team, and the UK government funds 95 to 100 percent of it. Watch the video to see how.

UK businesses that don't adapt to AI will fall behind
- Cost. Your competitors are doing the same work with fewer people and less spend, and putting the savings back into their business.
- Speed. Clients go to whoever gets it back to them quickest.
- Growth. The businesses using AI properly take on more work without taking on more people.
“Running my first company took six people: social media, marketing, funnels, copy, creative and sales. That was costing me £30,000 a month. Now, in my new company, I run all of it with one system and one person who knows how to operate it, for less than £5,000 a month.”
Three ways owners try to get AI in, and why they fall short

What learners and employers say
Questions owners usually ask
What if they leave once they're trained?
It tends to go the other way. Three in four employers who trained their own staff through an apprenticeship saw better retention (DfE, 2023).
We can't spare anyone for a day a week.
That day is protected learning time, built around your own processes, so what they learn goes straight back into the business. 77 percent of employers saw productivity go up from their apprenticeships (DfE, 2023).
Is our client data safe?
Yes. Using AI safely is part of the programme: what's safe to put in, what isn't, and how to set it up properly. Half of workers using AI today have had no training on that (Deloitte, 2026).
Can I use my apprenticeship levy?
Yes. Levy payers fund the training from their levy account, and levy funds entering your account from August 2026 expire after 12 months if unused.
What if we haven't got the right people?
You'd be surprised who takes to this. The people who do best usually know your processes inside out, in ops, admin or accounts. If there's genuinely nobody, ELA can recruit into the role on the same funding.
What do I have to do?
Give your people the time, and ELA handles the paperwork.
What's the catch on the funding?
The catch is that it's a proper programme: eighteen months at about a day a week. If you pay the apprenticeship levy, it comes out of your levy. Most other businesses pay 5 percent, and nothing for staff aged 16 to 24. Paul works out your exact figure on the call.

ELA trains one-to-one, so places on each month's intake are limited.
